In  San Juan Bautista Cuicatlán, Oaxaca , he was born on April 20, 1972. His training was carried out first at the House of Oaxacan Culture; later, at the Rodolfo Nieto Municipal Plastic Arts and Monumental Painting Workshop and the Rufino Tamayo Plastic Arts Workshop. Since 1983 he has created his own fantasy-based world in which he uses from 10 legendary and mystical characters to toy horses on wheels, elephants on bicycles, crazy goats, crocodiles, crabs and crickets, characters that are taken to the canvas to be shaped , worked, owned and shared.
